REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICIES

All cancellations must be written and sent to the telephone number: +506 8740-1343.  And you must have the corresponding receipt from out staff.

For Individuals: Cancellations made 48 hours before the client’s arrival are 100% refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the client’s arrival are charged 100%.

For Groups (greater than 12 passengers): Cancellations made 7 days before the client’s arrival are 100% refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the client’s arrival are charged 100.

MODIFICATION POLICIES

Any modification to an existing reservation must be sent in writing via telephone number with its respective confirmation number, and must have the corresponding receipt from our staff.

For Individuals: There is no charge for modification of reservastion

For Groups (greater than 12 passengers): Any change that involves a reduction in the number of people in any of the activities will be penalized in full (100%) if it is made in a period of less than 7 days from the date of the service.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Payments must be made by electronic transfer or bank deposit indicating the respective reservation confirmation number.

The respective proof of payment must be sent via telephone number which is: +506  8740 1343

Direct payments in the park: Direct payments in the park only for reservations of 5 or fewer people.

Individual Prepaid: They must be prepaid in full at least 3 days before the date of service.

Prepaid Groups (greater than 12 passengers): They must be prepaid at least 15 days in advance of the date of service.
